MAY WE PARTY!

From Derby to a beer festival in St Agnes… hmmm can’t really think of a better way to spend the day!

We leave in a couple of minutes for the usual 7hr drive to Cornwall… taking it easy in the van is a great way to unwind and relax into the day… Touring is just like having a day job… you sit on your backside talking bo”ocks until you are needed..!

We’ve taken to reading alot whilst on tour… don’t get me wrong… we are nothing short of ‘rock and roll’ too… last tour we took a bottle of Jagermeister, a bottle of Rum and a bottle of Port, not to mention the unmantionables… we ran out of everything by the second day..! So to pace ourselves we’re reading and playing football… sightseing and generally getting up to mischief… oh and sleeping a great deal.

We’re all to aware of the traps which lay ahead… waiting around for your soundcheck could feel like days on end if we didn’t have the patience or hobbies like seing the sights… we’ve seen alot of this country over in the past year… it’s an eye opener I can tell you… Catching up on sleep is sometimes uncontrollable too… we work tirelessly inbetween tours, promoting, writing, updating sites… eating..! then when the time comes like today when there is a chance to perform… it all comes together sweetly.

Anyway… Ricky has just pulled up so I’ll be off…
